Registration and calculation
Registration collects your first name, surname and email. The registration service also processes the connection IP address and country/city information when available. Birth date, time and location are used to calculate charts; information may be stored in your browser.
Optional visit analytics
Only if you accept analytics will a visitor ID, page visits, device, referral/campaign information and any saved email be sent to Nataliq’s own analytics through Supabase. Google Analytics also uses _ga cookies and online identifiers to process page visits, device/browser, approximate location and referring-site information. Google also receives the IP address during the connection. We do not send Google your name, email, birth details, chart content or private link codes. Ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Google may process data outside Türkiye. Declining or withdrawing does not delete your account or chart data. Use Consent preferences at the bottom of the screen to change your choice.
Preference record
A new accept or decline decision records the purpose, text version and decision time on the server. The server also records its own receipt time. A verified session links the record to that session; otherwise it is not attributed to a person. A failed record shows an error and does not enable analytics. The registration disclosure acknowledgement is separate from analytics consent.
Services and sharing
Selected features may use Supabase, hosting, AI, payment and email services. AI readings process relevant chart/message information; payments process the necessary payment information. Anyone with a sharing link you create may access the shared data. Technical error information may also be processed when error reporting is configured.
Retention and deletion
An expired sharing link blocks access; it does not mean stored data has been physically deleted. A verified automatic flow that deletes the whole account and all server records is not currently available. Contact the address below to request access, correction or deletion; sending a request does not itself perform deletion.
Information still to be confirmed
The postal address, retention periods by data category and actual provider processing regions have not yet been confirmed. No guarantee of processing only in Türkiye or deletion from every system within a fixed number of days is made.
